These terms explain the scope of ProHearings services, payment, confidentiality, limits of service and important information about lay representation.

The service

ProHearings provides tribunal representation, workplace investigation support, regulatory hearing support, contract review, document preparation and case assessment services. ProHearings is not a firm of solicitors.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee the outcome of any claim, hearing, meeting, settlement negotiation or regulatory matter. The standard guaranteed is the quality and professional care of the service provided.

Scope and payment

Each fixed fee service is limited to the scope described at checkout or agreed in writing. Payment is taken at the point of submission unless a different arrangement is agreed.

Confidentiality

Information provided to ProHearings is treated as confidential and used to deliver the service, operate the business and comply with legal obligations.
