No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee the outcome of any claim, hearing, meeting, settlement negotiation or regulatory matter. The standard guaranteed is the quality and professional care of the service provided.
Scope and payment
Each fixed fee service is limited to the scope described at checkout or agreed in writing. Payment is taken at the point of submission unless a different arrangement is agreed.
Refunds after delivery
We do not normally issue refunds after substantive work has been completed and delivered. If we did not deliver a material part of the agreed service as reasonably advertised or described, we will assess the work actually supplied and offer an appropriate partial refund for the undelivered or materially deficient part. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Confidentiality
Information provided to ProHearings is treated as confidential and used to deliver the service, operate the business and comply with legal obligations.
